Which size should I get?
Measure around the center of your kneecap with your leg slightly bent and match it to the size guide. In between sizes? Go one size up and tighten it with the dial.
Do I need a left or a right brace?
Each brace is made for one side, so choose the knee you want to support. Need both? The Pair bundle adds one left and one right automatically.
Will it slide down when I run?
Silicone grip dots inside the brace hold it in place, and the dial lets you add a bit more tension if you're moving a lot.
How does the dial work?
Turn it clockwise to tighten, one click at a time. Turn it back two clicks to release. You can adjust it while you're wearing it.
Can I wear it all day?
